"Plants arrived fine, shipping took a bit"
The plants showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. I don’t remember exactly how long shipping took, but I do remember thinking it felt slower than I expected. Overall, everything was okay once they arrived.

"Helpful support, just a little slow at times"
They were helpful when they replied, but it did take a bit sometimes. I think other customers would probably feel the same way, the support is useful, you just might need to be a little patient here and there.

"Nice plants, but pricier than I expected"
They had a really nice selection of plants, and I did find something I liked, but for my own standards, I expected the size to be a bit bigger for the price. The shipping also ended up adding more than I thought it would. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I probably should’ve compared a few other places before ordering.

"Cute little spruce, arrived good"
My little spruce came in better shape than I was kinda expecting. The soil was still a little damp and there werent any broken branches, which was a relief. One side had a few brown needles, but it wasn’t anything major. I gave it some water and it perked up quick. I’d probly order again.

"Noticed a Few Pest Issues"
I wasn’t expecting it, but I spotted some pest issues and my first reaction was definitely, “Oh no, that’s not great.” It wasn’t everywhere, but it was enough that I noticed and felt like it needed to be addressed. Hopefully it gets taken care of quickly.

I had a bit of an issue at first, and it took a little back and forth with support, but they eventually got it sorted. Not much else you can really ask for when something goes wrong, as long as someone actually helps and gets it fixed.

"Plant details didn’t match?!"
The plant I received really didn’t match what was shown in the site description?! The size and shape were noticeably different, so it felt like the listing wasn’t very accurate. I was disappointed because I expected it to look much closer to what was advertised.

"Kind of frustrating"
I don’t know, I was just really disappointed that it wasn’t in stock. I was ready to get it, and then seeing it unavailable was annoying. Just left me with a bad feeling about the whole thing

"Decent plants, but I felt a bit left in the dark"
I’ve ordered from Conifer Kingdom a couple times now, and I guess it’s been okay overall. The plants did show up alive and were mostly what I expected, so I can’t complain too much there. But one of my orders took longer than I thought it would, and I didn’t really get many updates, so I was kind of just sitting there wondering what was going on. Maybe I just picked a bad time to order, but it felt like I had to be the patient one. The packaging was decent, at least. I’d probably order from them again, but definitely not if I needed something quickly or had my heart set on something really specific.

"Confusing menus and a slow checkout"
I kept getting lost in the menus, like really kept getting lost, and it made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. Checkout also felt slow, slow enough that I started wondering if something was wrong.

"I ordered a small Japanese maple…"
I ordered a small Japanese maple and was a bit cautious about it, since shipping and transplanting can be risky with these. It arrived well packed, the roots were still moist, and the leaves looked surprisingly good. I planted it the same day to avoid stressing it out, and after about 3 weeks it’s already putting out new growth. No signs of transplant shock so far, which was my biggest concern. Really happy with how it turned out.

I was in a good mood when my order arrived, and I’ll say the quality was definitely solid. Everything looked and felt well made. The only downside was that the prices and shipping both felt a bit higher than I expected, so that took a little of the excitement out of it...

This was just one experience, but it didn’t leave me with a great impression. Based on how it went, I kind of feel like this might be the usual level of service here, so I probably wouldn’t buy from this place again.

"Tree was okay, but the instructions were stressful"
The tree showed up in decent shape, so I’ll give them that, but the care instructions were way too basic. They felt like generic plant tips and didn’t really tell me what this specific tree needed. I wasn’t expecting to have to spend time searching online for watering and sunlight info after paying this much, and it added a bunch of stress I didn’t need. Maybe it’s fine if you already know a lot about plants, but for an average buyer like me, it wasn’t enough. 2 stars.

The plant itself was okay, about what I was expecting, but compared to other plant deliveries I’ve gotten, this one was a lot messier. There was potting mix everywhere when I opened the box, so cleanup was kind of annoying. Not terrible overall, just wish it had been packed a bit better

My plants showed up damaged, which was disappointing enough, but the refund process made it even more frustrating. I had to email twice before anything really moved, and support kind of made me feel like it was somehow my fault or that I hadn’t handled things properly. I did eventually get my money back, but it took way longer than it should have and definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

"My little conifer arrived in rough…"
My little conifer arrived in rough shape. Box was crushed. Hardly any padding. Soil everywhere inside the package, the pot was cracked, and a few branches had snapped off. felt like it was just thrown in the box and sent out. Maybe the plant will bounce back, I’m not sure. But for the price, I really expected much better packing. Disappointing.

"Still Haven’t Heard Back"
I reached out a while ago and I’m still waiting for a reply. It’s a bit frustrating because I was hoping to get things sorted quickly. Weirdly, I remember I sent the message while eating a bagel in my car, and now every time I think about it, I’m reminded I still haven’t heard anything back.
